Restoring mana, empowering community leaders.
We are investing in the holistic development of people who are overcoming adversity, supporting them on a journey to restore their mana and fulfill their true potential.
Our work is delivered through two programmes:

Community Leadership Programme: Identifying, equipping & empowering emerging leaders from the community to become agents of change in their own lives, whānau and "spheres of influence".

The Luke Project: Serving our communities through love in action, offering community workshops, support groups and aftercare, while providing opportunities for people to lead, and serve to help bring about community change.

So when we think about this Community Leadership Programme, working here in our context, with our people, delivering tools that work for us, to actually uplift us into those positions, man, that’s powerful...That’s what sets off a chain reaction so that we can all move in those spaces... Would I have done any of that kind of mahi two years ago? Did I think that I would be able to do that? No. I don’t think so.”
